Extended version of original Fallout Tactics HUD. With high resolution HUD is not scaled and creates two blacks squares on the sides. I extended the HUD adding two new textures to the sides and now is 1366x124. Works with All resolution but with ones more than w1366 blacks squares grow back but smaller compared to the original.
